With over 30 years of experience in the property industry, I've always believed that great lettings are about people as much as they are about property. As Director of the agency, I enjoy building lasting relationships, helping landlords and tenants, and making the lettings process as smooth and stress-free as possible. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, who mean the world to me, catching up with friends, or planning my next travel adventure.
Lauren joined the team after completing her degree in Media Studies and beginning her career in graphic design. She is a highly valued member of our team, known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and her natural ability to build great relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Lauren plays a key role across the business, managing inventories, check-ins, check-outs, property inspections, viewings, referencing, and creating marketing materials for our properties.
Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her family and friends, and you'll often find her with her much-loved dog, Ozzy.
Helen brings over 40 years of experience in administration and customer-focused roles, making her a fantastic addition to the Bespoke team. As a landlord herself, she understands first-hand the needs and expectations of property owners, giving her valuable insight when supporting both landlords and tenants.
She plays an important role across the business, managing inventories, check-ins, check-outs, property inspections, viewings, and referencing, helping to ensure every stage of the tenancy process runs smoothly. Known for her friendly, outgoing nature and willingness to help, Helen quickly builds great relationships with both landlords and tenants. Her wealth of experience, attention to detail, and approachable manner make her a highly valued member of the team.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with her much-loved dog, Bob, and making memories on family holidays. She also loves cooking (although she'll happily leave the baking to someone else!), firing up the BBQ, and socialising with friends.
With a career spanning finance across local authorities and police services, Pam brings a wealth of experience and a strong focus on customer service to Bespoke Lettings.
Since joining us in May 2023, Pam has enjoyed the fresh challenge of working within the lettings industry, managing tenant rent payments and landlord payments while building great relationships with both.
Her combination of financial expertise, professionalism and friendly approach makes her a valued member of the Bespoke Lettings team.
Becca is a valued member of our team and brings over 10 years of experience in public sector housing. She still loves the people-focused side of the role and enjoys building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants, helping to ensure every refurbishment and maintenance project runs as smoothly as possible. Working alongside Laura, Becca coordinates all aspects of property maintenance, expertly balancing the needs of landlords, tenants, and contractors. She also manages contractor compliance and the timely processing of invoices, helping us maintain the strong relationships with our trusted contractors that are essential to the high level of service we provide. Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her friends and family
Laura brings 18 years of experience in care, alongside previous experience assisting a plumber, where she managed job bookings, prepared quotes and liaised closely with clients and customers. Her strong organisational skills, diligent approach and natural ability to work with people make her a great fit for her role as Property Manager. Within the business, Laura oversees property maintenance and repairs, coordinating between landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure work is organised efficiently and completed to a high standard. From arranging appointments and keeping everyone updated to managing ongoing maintenance issues, Laura helps make the process straightforward and stress-free for everyone involved. Outside of work, Laura loves spending time with her partner and young family, enjoying good food and BBQs, and settling down to watch a good boxset.
