When we set up your tenancy, we carry out all the initial checks, register the deposit, carry out the right to rent checks and hold a copy of the required information, test the smoke alarms on the day of move in and ensure that the prescribed information is served. If this is done incorrectly then it can have major implications for the rest of the tenancy.

Our duty doesn’t end there. We carry out quarterly visits to your property with full reports back to you. This ensures it is being looked after, that necessary maintenance issues are identified, as well as ensuring you are not breaching your right to rent obligations and ongoing responsibilities. You can be rest assured that you are fully protected against all current legislation and any forthcoming changes to legislation. Let’s be honest the government are always looking to introduce new legislation for landlords. Being an ARLA registered company, it ensures we are up to date using the right systems and paperwork.

As a landlord you have a responsibility to provide a safe and well-maintained property for your tenants. Our bespoke Property Maintenance Service is available to advise or fully manage all maintenance of your property. We work with local trusted contractors to provide a maintenance service, as well as carrying our relevant safety checks to ensure the property is legally compliant. If you like to use your own workmen that is ok too. You just need to make sure they are qualified to do the job we are asking them to do.
